  1. Hey Morgan! I don’t know how to tell my parents I could have OCD, nonetheless have to explain to them what intrusive thoughts are. It’s so embarrassing, the only person I could tell is my BFF is because she understands OCD isn’t cute. Any advice?

    • Hello!
Have you thought about writing them a letter? Even if you don’t give them the letter and talk to them instead, at least it will help you gather your thoughts in advance.
Also know that OCD is nothing to be embarrassed about. We all have weird thoughts, even people without OCD. OCD is a medical condition just like any other so you deserve help.
      Best of luck!

  3. I, for the last approximately 20 years, have only worn white v neck short sleeve T-shirt’s. Only white v-neck short sleeves. A sweatshirt in the winter is either gray or black. Occasionally I’ll wear a colored top for family pictures but can count that on one hand. I currently have 52 short sleeve white v-neck tshirts. I’ve never sought treatment. Don’t think I need it. This is my only, self diagnosed, ocd behavior. Just thought I’d share.
