Meet Ryan Bernstein! He is a seventeen-year-old writing a book about OCD entitled OCD to Me: An anthology of Anxieties. His plan is to write not only from his own experiences but also to include the experience of others. Ryan’s main goal is to help others feel less alone. And the best part is he will be donating proceeds from the book to the International OCD Foundation. How awesome is that?
